Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Redyo, the online service that lets businesses show customers their live wait time. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Redyo.

1. Who we are

Redyo (“Redyo”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a service operated by Vladimir Popović, based at Sokolska 7, 11000 Belgrade, Serbia. You can reach us at office@redyo.app.

2. The service

Redyo is a software-as-a-service tool that lets a business publish a live “how long is the wait” status page. The business sets and updates the wait information; customers view it on a public web page. Redyo does not manage a numbered queue or tickets, and does not book appointments. Wait information is provided by the business, and its accuracy is the business’s responsibility.

3. Eligibility and accounts

Redyo is intended for businesses. You may open an account only if you are a business owner or a person authorized to act on behalf of a business, and you are at least 18 years old.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login details confidential.
You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account, including actions by your staff who use PIN codes or logins you create.

4. Free trial

New accounts include a 30-day free trial. No payment is required to start the trial, and you are under no obligation to continue after it ends. If you do not move to a paid plan, your account may be paused or closed.

5. Paid plans and billing

After the trial, continued use requires a paid plan at the price for the plan you choose. Billing details are arranged directly with you. We may, in the future, use a third-party payment processor (for example, Stripe) to handle payments; in that case your payment is processed by that provider under its own terms, and we do not store your full card details. Prices may change, and we will give reasonable notice of any change before it applies to you.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel at any time.
The free trial carries no charge and no obligation.
Paid periods are not refunded on a pro-rata basis. When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the period you have paid for.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Redyo to:

break any applicable law or infringe anyone’s rights;
publish content that is unlawful, misleading, offensive, or that impersonates another business;
attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems;
resell or misrepresent the service as your own.

8. Your content

You keep ownership of the business information, names, logos, and messages you add to Redyo. You grant us the limited right to host and display that content as part of running the service. You are responsible for having the rights to any content you upload.

9. Availability and “as is” service

We work to keep Redyo available and reliable, but the service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and we are not responsible for the accuracy of the wait information a business chooses to display. We may update, change, or discontinue features over time.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Redyo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost business, or lost data arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Termination

You may stop using Redyo and close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, that is used unlawfully, or where required by law. On closure, your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above and, for significant changes, take reasonable steps to let you know. Continued use of Redyo after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Belgrade, Serbia.
